HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK MY INFLATABLE?
We typically recommend a bounce house be reserved 1 to 2 weeks in advance of the date needed. Keep in mind that the summer months can get quite busy so you may want to reserve earlier. With that being said, we are also known for many last minute bookings!
IS THERE A DELIVERY FEE?
We offer free delivery up to 25 miles. After 25 miles, there is an additional charge based on your location. Contact us for more information.
The safety of our renters is our first priority. Our insurance does not cover us for setting up in hazardous weather conditions. These conditions include snow, extreme wind, anything under 40 degrees or rain. Please note: If you need to cancel prior to your party due to weather you will not be charged anything. If we have already set up and you get rained out, we cannot refund your money. Due to our insurance policy, we have the right to cancel if we believe the weather is hazardous and injury could take place to any persons, or the inflatable will be damaged.
WHO SETS UP THE BOUNCE HOUSE AND HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
We deliver and do all set up and pick up the item(s) at the end of your event. We like to be at your location at least 1 hour before your event in order to set up and talk about safety issues.
WHAT ARE MY RESPONSIBILITIES AND CAN ADULTS JUMP TOO?
You are responsible for the children who play on the inflatable. You are responsible for making sure that no Silly String is used in or around the inflatable. You are more than welcome to jump and/or slide too.
DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. Safety is our number one priority and it's important that the renter understands the rules and signs a waiver upon delivery.
HOW LONG CAN I HAVE THE ITEM?
Our prices are the same whether you rent for a few hours or for the whole day! We usually deliver in the morning and pick up late in the day before dark.
CAN YOU SET UP ON GRASS AND/OR PAVEMENT?
We can set up on pavement or grass as long as the area is large enough to accommodate. If you don't have an outlet nearby you can rent a generator from us. We use our own electrical cords.
HOW OFTEN IS YOUR EQUIPMENT CLEANED?
Our inflatables are cleaned and disinfected after every use.
DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
No. We accept cash or checks only. If your check is returned for NSF we will ask you to pay the additional fee.
DO I NEED TO PUT DOWN A DEPOSIT?
No, unless there is another person who is interested in the same item on the same day. At that point, we would require a $50.00 deposit to hold the item for you.
