How soon in advance of my function should I reserve my unit?
We typically recommend that a bounce house be reserved 1 to 2 weeks in advance of the date needed. Keep in mind that the summer months can get quite busy so you may want to reserve earlier.
What about bad weather and what is your weather policy?
The safety of our renters is our first priority. Our insurance will not cover us for setting up in hazardous weather conditions. These conditions include snow, extreme wind, anything under 40 degrees or rain. Please note: If you need to cancel prior to your party due to weather you will not be charged the rental fee. If we have already set up and left we cannot refund your money. Due to our insurance policy we have the right to cancel if we believe the weather is hazardous and the inflatable will be damaged or injury will take place. We hope you understand that we cannot take chances where our insurance is concerned.
Who sets up the bounce house and does it take a long time?
We do all the delivery and set up. We like to be at your location at least 1 hour
before your event in order to set up and talk about safety issues. Does Ready...Steady...Jump! have liability insurance?
Yes, we are licensed and insured. Safety is our number one priority and it's important that the renter understands the rules and signs a waiver.
Can I rent an inflatable for an entire day?
Our prices are the same whether you rent for a few hours or for the whole day!
What do I need in order to have a unit at my house or location?
We can set up on pavement or on grass as long as your area is large enough to accomodate. If you don't have an outlet nearby you can rent a generator from us.
How often are the units cleaned?
After each and every use the bouncer is cleaned with disinfectant and thoroughly vacuumed to get out dirt and debris.
Do you except credit cards?
No, Ready...Steady...Jump!only accepts cash or checks at this time.
Do I need to put down a deposit? No.
